Agree on the project first
These service guidelines explain how CSI Web Designs scopes work. Your written quote or project agreement confirms the specific deliverables, payment schedule, responsibilities and acceptance arrangements before work starts. Sending an inquiry does not create a booking, purchase or automatic charge.
Website scope and pricing
Instant estimates for 1-5 standard pages use $239 design/setup plus $80 per page: one page is $319 and five are $639. Larger websites, including 30+ pages, are available by custom quote. A standard page contains up to about six planned marketing sections. Catalogs, payments, memberships, complex forms, databases and applications need separate scope.
You supply accurate business information and material you are authorized to use. Standard builds include one consolidated revision round for 1-2 pages and two for 3-5 pages. Additional pages, features or changes to an approved direction are quoted separately.
Payment and recurring services
The proposed website payment schedule is 50% before starting and 50% before launch, confirmed in your quote. Managed hosting is a separate $25/month subscription. Optional SEO, business email, domains, paid tools, tax where applicable and custom features are separate. No payment is collected by this website.
Consulting and Project Days
Consulting is $62/hour with a one-hour minimum. A Project Day is $310 for five dedicated working hours on a preapproved scope. It is a time block, not unlimited work or an unconditional same-day completion promise. Breaks do not count as productive work; meetings and handoff time are agreed before booking.
At the agreed stopping point, CSI summarizes completed and outstanding work. Another $310 day or smaller out-of-scope work at $62/hour requires explicit agreement. Fixable errors CSI caused in delivered work are corrected without purchasing another day, under the agreed remedy terms. Android projects and publishing
WebView apps start at $499; native Android starter projects start at $1,499. The approved feature list, screen flow, exclusions and signing workflow define the project. Source and test-build handoff are described on the Android page. Release-signed files depend on an authorized customer-controlled signing process.
You control your Play Console account, signing setup, testers and publishing actions. The optional Play walk-through is $62 for one guided hour. Google charges its own registration fee and controls eligibility, review and publication. CSI does not promise Play acceptance or recruit testers.
Ownership, access and licensing
Your supplied content remains yours, and domains and developer accounts should remain under your control. The written agreement defines new deliverables, source handoff, transfers and third-party licenses. Licensed stock, fonts and software remain subject to their vendor terms. Never submit credentials or signing keys through the public form or plain email.
Hosting, support and changes
Hosting does not include unlimited content/design edits, domains, business email or custom feature development. Backup and restore arrangements, support, subscription cancellation and transfer steps are confirmed in the hosting agreement. No uptime guarantee is advertised.
External services and outcomes
Search visibility, business-profile verification, app-store decisions, payment providers and booking services depend on external systems. No ranking, traffic, lead count, verification or publication-date guarantee is included.
