Who to contact
CSI Web Designs uses the information you provide to answer inquiries, prepare quotes and communicate about requested services. For a privacy question or a request about your information, email inquiry@csiwebdesigns.com.
Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, email, city and project description. Optional details include your phone, business, requested services, timeframe and website pricing choices. Consulting and app inquiries may include website URLs, task lists, content/access readiness, proposed screens or features, Play account type and tester status. Access readiness means whether access is available, not your credentials.
Please do not submit passwords, signing keys, financial details or sensitive personal information. The initial inquiry form does not accept file uploads.
How inquiries are delivered
The form sends inquiries through authenticated email using CSI's domain mailbox hosted with Namecheap. Notifications are delivered to CSI's designated Gmail inbox, operated through Google. These providers process email as part of delivery and mailbox storage. CSI uses the message to respond to your request; submitting it does not subscribe you to marketing.
The website does not keep a separate lead database or automatically send a customer reply. A successful form confirmation means the configured mail service accepted the inquiry for delivery; it does not guarantee an inbox placement or a booked appointment.
Cookies, security and logs
A session cookie protects form submissions. A keyed rate-limit record contains a derived identifier and submission timestamps, not the message body. The form applies an hourly abuse limit. Hosting providers may process ordinary server access and operational logs to run and protect their services.
Site analytics
Google Analytics 4 is on by default and records page views and standard technical details such as the page address, browser, device, referral source and approximate region. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers for analytics reporting. You can turn analytics off or back on anytime with Privacy choices in the footer. Your setting is stored in this browser, and a saved choice to turn analytics off remains in effect. Turning analytics off stops future Analytics collection on this site and clears Google Analytics cookies this site can access.
Enhanced measurement for scrolls, outbound clicks, site searches, videos, downloads and form interactions is turned off. CSI does not send inquiry form fields or message contents to Analytics. Google advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy terms; see the Google Privacy Policy. The calculator runs in your browser and carries non-personal selections to the contact form.
Retention and your requests
Inquiry messages remain in CSI's email systems while needed for correspondence, quotes, project administration or applicable recordkeeping. We do not claim a fixed automatic deletion period. You can contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion; we will explain any information that must remain for an active project, dispute or recordkeeping obligation.
