Scope and terms belong in writing. These answers explain the standard offer; a specific proposal confirms your project.
What does a $319 website include?
One standard marketing page, the $239 design/setup fee, responsive HTML, basic technical SEO, your supplied content, one standard contact form integration and one consolidated revision round. Hosting is separate at $25 per month.
What counts as one page?
A normally sized marketing page with up to about six planned sections. A large catalog, long menu, booking platform or account dashboard needs a separate scope and quote.
Can I add pages later?
Yes. Additional standard pages are $80 each within a one-to-five-page website build. Larger websites, including 30+ pages, are available by custom quote. Complex features and work outside the agreed scope also receive a custom quote.
Will I own my domain and content?
Your domain should be registered in your name, and your supplied content remains yours. Deliverables, transfer arrangements and any third-party licenses are confirmed in your written agreement.
Does the website price include hosting or SEO?
No. The build is a one-time charge. Managed hosting is $25 per month. Optional local SEO plans are $119, $239 or $399 per month for one business/location.
How do we get started?
Tell us what your business does, what visitors need to do, and whether you have a site already. We confirm the scope and written quote before work starts.
Can I book just one hour of consulting?
Yes. Consulting is $62/hour with a one-hour minimum. A Project Day is $310 for five dedicated working hours on a preapproved scope.
What if a Project Day takes longer than five hours?
We stop and summarize the remaining work. Another $310 day requires your explicit approval; smaller out-of-scope work may receive a separate $62/hour quote. No automatic charges. You can book multiple days after scope review.
Will a Project Day definitely finish my project?
No unconditional same-day finish is promised. We review the scope, access and materials first. Fixable errors CSI caused in its delivered work are corrected without requiring another paid day, under the agreed remedy terms.
What is the difference between WebView and native Android?
WebView uses an authorized, compatible website as the main app experience, from $499. Native Android is a separately built app, from $1,499 for a small agreed starter scope.
Can an app follow my existing website flow?
Yes, after reviewing the website and agreeing on the screen/navigation plan. Website features do not automatically become native features, and some sites are unsuitable for a simple WebView app. We may recommend a different scope or decline a Play-targeted build.
What app files will I receive?
The agreed Android Studio source project ZIP, an installable debug-signed testing APK, build notes and a test summary. Signed release APK/AAB files depend on an approved customer-controlled signing workflow. Licensed third-party dependencies retain their own terms.
Why is the test APK signed?
Android requires a signed APK for installation. A debug-signed APK is for testing, not Play release. An optional unsigned release APK is a development artifact that cannot be installed until signed.
Who owns my signing keys and Play Console account?
You control your signing setup, source handoff and developer account under the agreement. Never send keys, passwords or Play logins through the inquiry form or plain email.
Will CSI publish my app or find testers?
No. You operate your Play Console account, provide any eligible testers and submit the app. CSI offers a $62 one-hour guided walk-through; additional help requires agreement.
What does Google charge and what is the testing rule?
Google currently charges a US$25 one-time developer registration fee, paid to Google. Qualifying personal accounts created after November 13, 2023 need at least 12 opted-in testers for 14 continuous days before applying for production access. Check the official Google links on our Android page for current requirements.
Does Android Studio testing guarantee Play approval?
No. Build and device testing are separate from Google Play review. Google controls eligibility, approval and timing. No acceptance or publication-date guarantee is included.
How many revisions are included?
One consolidated revision round for a 1-2-page build; two for a 3-5-page build. New pages, new features or major changes to an approved direction are separately scoped.
How quickly can a website launch?
The schedule depends on the agreed scope, supplied content, feedback and any integrations. We confirm an achievable timeline after reviewing the project; no automatic rush promise is made.
Is business email included?
No. Business email is quoted separately based on the chosen provider, storage and support requirements. Website hosting does not include an email inbox.
Is SEO required?
No. The standard build includes technical foundations. Ongoing local SEO is optional at $119, $239 or $399 per month for one business/location.
Will you guarantee Google rankings?
No. No ranking, traffic or lead guarantee is part of the offer. GBP eligibility and authorized access also apply to profile work.
What do I need to provide?
Accurate business details, services, pricing, logo if available, photos you can use, and permission for any customer material or testimonials.
How is payment arranged?
The suggested schedule is 50% before starting and 50% before launch. Your written agreement confirms payment, deliverables, cancellation, transfer and subscription terms.
